All Hands Community Meeting
– The All Hands Community meetings will be bi-weekly until; further
notice. The next DAF All Hands Community meeting will take place on
Wednesday, November 19th at 12:00 pm (EDT)

DAF Data Element Based WG
Activities (FHIR)
• HL7 Coordination Activities
– DAF successfully submitted the PSS to InM
– The PSS was submitted for an e-Vote within InM
– It is now approved and we are in coordination with HL7 on
creating the DAF profile
– Currently we are looking at a “Draft for Comment” ballot in
December
– Materials to be published over the next couple of weeks.

DAF Document Metadata-based IG
• IHE Collaboration
– DAF submitted IHE Brief Proposal to ITI Infrastructure and
PCC committees
– To House the IG for DAF Document Access.
– DAF’s proposal was reviewed by the ITI Infrastructure
– DAF’s proposal was reviewed by the ITI PCC committee
– DAF proposal was accepted by PCC and the F2F Meeting is
planned for OakBrook, IL for Nov 12th-13th 2014.
