Proper Amounts of the following:

Decrease in Processed Foods

Helps normal growth and

Excess protein is stored as fat
Ex: meat, poultry, seafood, beans and peas, eggs, processed soy
products, nuts, and seeds are considered part of the Protein Foods
Group
Carbohydrates

Provide fiber
Helps prevent colon cancer
Ex: Dairy. Milk, yogurt, and ice cream. Fruit. Whole fruit and fruit
juice. Grains. Bread, rice, crackers, and cereal. Legumes. Beans and
other plant-based proteins. Starchy Vegetables. Potatoes and corn.
Sugary Sweets. Limit these!

Daily requirement should be 30
