CAMIS 6.0
User Name and Access
What is CAMIS 6.0?
• The CAMIS 6.0 Enterprise Medical Record is
a single clinical record of all care
administered for a patient.
• In Phase 1, you will have access to a
patient’s demographics, lab results, reports,
and medications.
• Historical data will not populate until Phase 2
The Phase 2 timeline is TBD.

User Name & Password
• Your user name and password will provide access to
– CAMIS 6.0
– hospital PC’s
– PACS iSite Radiology
– The Providence Remote portal (www.phsca.org).
Example
User name: jsmith
Password: Blue123

Setting up your CAMIS Account
• Your user name will be assigned a one time CAMIS
PIN that can be set to match your current
password.
• This pin will be used to secure / lock your screen and
electronically sign your reports and orders in a later
phase of the 6.0 deployment.
• Contact the Physician liaison (818) 757-8807 or
helpdesk (818) 708-5385 to retrieve your PIN.

First Time Users
• If you have NEVER set up an account at the
hospital or used the PACS radiology system,
you will need to set your password.
• On a hospital PC, log in through windows with your user name
and password or go to www.phsca.org and click on
Application Portal.

CAMIS Access
• Once you have set up your password, you will be
able to log into CAMIS.
• At the hospital, Double-Click on the CAMIS icon on
the desktop.
• You will be prompted to enter your assigned PIN
and create a new one.

Setting Your PIN
• We recommend using the same password that you
used to log onto the computer or the one you are
using for the radiology system.
• E.x. Assigned PIN= 2634
New Pin= Blue123 (matching the one for
PACS)

How to Log in
• After you have successfully set your PIN/Password,
you will be able to access CAMIS on any of the
computers at the hospital as well as through the
Citrix remote portal (www.phsca.org).
