 Transfer of journal entry voucher to AGLS
 Validation of JEV if bad entry or good entry
 Saving JEV to database

Special Technology
 Submission of supporting documents will be automated meaning no
paper works will be send to AGLS.
 Sending SMS for forgot password
 Document extraction into MS excel file, MS word file, Adobe PDF file.
Major difference from other similar system
 AGLS is integrated with other subsystem under LGU.

Budget preparation system has own on database as well as collection system. The
JEV posted in general ledger will directly save into bad entry table. However posted
will remain.
