Core switch
it collects traffic from all over the network
,make the switching decisions according to the
data destinations ,apply policies according to
the traffic type( Qos, access lists …..).
It has the ability to process a very large
amount of data.

Distribution switch
It connects data end points to the core switch
so the traffic can reach its final destination .
The distribution switches are connected to the
core switch using high data rates fiber optic
cables.

Data points
It’s the where you connect your computer to
the data network using appropriate cables.
Every room in the ENCMAP project has the
sufficient number of data points for the
network users.

Access points
The device that connects wireless users to the
ENCMAP network and supports their
connectivity and mobility the ENCMAP has
wireless coverage that covers all the project
area .
Traffic coming from access points is sent to
the core switch for further processing and
filtering .

Data recovery
The ENCMAP project has a TAPE LIBRARY that
backs up data every day and stores it for many
years for data recovery if a sudden data loss
has happened due to hardware failure or
accidental deletion of data.

UTM firewall
The ENCMAP project has UTM firewall that
connects it to the internet so the project
network is secured against intruders , viruses
and hackers.
It has a database that is updated daily to keep
up with the new threats.

Web application filter (WAF)
The ENCMAP project has web application filter
that filter all requests sent to the web servers
in the project to avoid hacking and securing
users connections to our web sites .
It has a database that is updated daily to keep


SQL (Structured Query Language) is a special-purpose
programming language designed for managing data in relational
database management systems (RDBMS).
Originally based upon relational algebra and tuple relational
calculus,[4] its scope includes data insert, query, update and delete,
schema creation and modification, and data access control.
 SQL Uses :
-store data in database server and retrieve any information to use it
in future.
-using SQL commands for generating required statistical from the
rue data.
-we store data of OMR and store the result and make many form of
statistical report.
-we store data of web site (ENCMAP).
-we store the data of Item Bank.
-we make exam online and store all data for student and Questions.


Complete testing system contains all the operations that
our users (tester , student ,admin , scorer) need to really
measures the student capabilities and Skills.

OMR
Optical mark recognition (also called optical mark
reading) is the process of capturing human-marked
data from document forms such as surveys and tests.

OMR
OMR Software is a computer software application that makes OMR possible on a desktop computer by using an
Image scanner to process surveys, tests, attendance sheets, checklists, and other plain-paper forms printed on
a laser printer.
The need for OMR software originated because early optical mark recognition systems were designed to use
dedicated scanners and special pre-printed forms with drop-out colors and registration marks
The use of OMR is not limited to schools or data collection agencies; many businesses and health care agencies
use OMR to streamline their data input processes and reduce input error. OMR, OCR, and ICR technologies all
provide a means of data collection from paper forms. OMR may also be done using an OMR (discrete read
head) scanner or an imaging scanner.[21]















