• Organisational Behaviour is a field of
study that investigates the impact that
individuals, groups, and structure have
on behaviour within organisations for
the purpose of applying such
knowledge toward improving an
organisation’s effectiveness (Robbins,

• Planning: Includes defining goals, establishing
