•Instituted subsurface temperature profile correction scheme

•Added information derived from blowing snow algorithm to
recommended treatment process
•Updated system to track the amount of water on the roadway
and the phase of the water (e.g. snow, slush, ice, wet,
chemical wet, etc.)
