Activating and Deactivating
Projects
When the project design is complete the project must be activated
to proceed with the printing, scanning, and processing of forms or
deployment to web, tablet or PDA :

• Project becomes read only

Scanning Forms
Capture image and data from the form by:
• Scan and Store:

– Simplex or duplex
• Put forms in scanner and use

Process data to recognise characters, correct errors, and enter
comments to the project database:

Create frequency counts, cross tabulation, and descriptive
