● Aggressive Communication is expressed in an hostile/unfriendly
manner.
● Passive Communication involves your needs last doesn’t express
thoughts/feelings
● Assertive Communication involves clearly expressing what you think

● The traits for communication are to, “Listen”, to have “Nonverbal
Communication”, and to “Manage Stress”.
● Another trait is to have “Emotional Awareness”, and you should grab
attention.
● Tips to perform these traits of communication are to focus fully on the
