pleasant ... Was it for you easy? Probably not. Hard clench
teeth are large voltage signal. Thinking about something
pleasant, the whole body relaxes. These two states are
incompatible, are hostile.
O 2 experiment
O Now do the opposite test: think intensely about a favorite
dish and lick your lips ... It's easy for you to succeed. It is
easy to think about food and lick the lips - our body is doing
quite willingly.
TIME TO PLAY!
O Exercise 1: Go as far as the angle of the back and shoulders to
stretch forward. It goes carrying a heavy burden: it is depressing
worries, constant stress, too much responsibility, self-reproach,
and so on. The man looks weak. Sunken chest as inform - it is
stale. This goes for depression sufferers, passive people.
O Exercise 2: Go as described in the first exercise, but insert your
head back as if you were looking in the crowd. Previously described
passive here reduces the internal aggression. This attitude has a
"head people“. In the eyes is falling most human head, but it is

passivity.
TIME TO PLAY!
Exercise 4:
O Going to take a big step, but before building a foot lower
shoulders.
O Big step forward in the energy, flights of fancy, and impulsivity
onslaught act. However, prior to the realization of the ideas,
the „inside brakes“ start working. It is starting like a walking
down the street, before placing a foot noticing in the dog
droppings, and suspend the leg.
O There are people who are against building more quickly leg it
raises a few millimeters up and then slowly lower.
O Figuratively speaking, they are ready to go like a huge battle
and heavily inspired air, thinking that's enough for the whole
ride and not need to breathe more.
TIME TO PLAY!
Exercise 5
O Go big steps and vigorously waving hands, lift your feet
higher than necessary, and build "without stopping. There
goes those who are straining forward, are impatient or
mischievous. Moving shoulders signaled: "What a wonderful
world! Just look at how good I feel! "
Exercise 6
O Take a deep breath and hold the air. Go resetting the chest,
back Peel back the shoulders, but in small increments. The
result? Perhaps you feel like a pinch, like full steam boiler.
Something is holding you back, and this is probably due to
