First of all, we have decided to explain the qualities
that student representatives should have:
- Someone who can communicate with teachers and
students
-Someone actively engaged
-Someone who isn’t afraid of having discussions
with another person (e.g. teachers and authorities)
Problem: We have nothing to say regarding the
Headmaster’s decisions,
so students want to have the opportunity to say what they
think about his proposals
Solution: Headmaster should make proposals before deciding
and give representatives the opportunity to
discuss the matter with him
Problem: representatives don’t always communicate with
students,
so they haven’t got a precise idea of what their classmates
think
Solution: Constant communication between
students and representatives
