Overview
• All management training to be delivered by Ted
Learning as ILM accredited business partner of
Wolters Kluwer UK.
• Employee training to be delivered by Ted Learning in
partnership with Telford College.
• Training to be blend of face to face, some with actors
and utilising e-learning
and at desk learning.
What’s different in 2013
• From Jan 2013, training will take a different approach and will
be more ‘joined up’ rather than lots of independent courses,
we will offer modules and the chance to gain a formal
business qualification.
• We will be introducing a self booking system – all employees
will be responsible for booking themselves onto training
through an internet based system – reducing the need for
mop up sessions
• Three types of training programmes to be offered in 2013: – The WK Manager – accredited programme with Institute of
Leadership & Management (ILM)
– Employee Programmes – accredited programme with Telford College
(TC)
– Voluntary skills support courses – accredited one off courses offered
