• I’d cancel the summer heat
• Cats
• Homework
• And also Birds.
If I were in charge of the United States
• There’d be longer nights
• Better phone service,
• And more air conditioning.
If I were in charge of the United
States
• You wouldn’t have to wait till your 18
to drive,
• You wouldn’t have to worry about
war
• You wouldn’t have to wait to get a job
• Or have to attend all year of school
• You wouldn’t to read the book for
book report.
If I were in charge of the United
States
• A chocolate bar would be a
vegetable.
• Someone who forgot to chill
• And sometimes forget to take their
pills
Would still be allowed to be in Charge
of the United States.
