Characteristics of Arthropoda

then they are slurped up the slurry.

Millipedes:

• Dorsoventrally flattened
• Carnivores
– Poison claws (maxillaped) on the 1st trunk segment that paralyze prey and help in defense
Crustaceans (crabs, lobsters, shrimp, krill,

• Freshwater, marine, and some terrestrial
