Liva-Reg P15 is a novel combination comprises (protease and

Liva-Reg P15 is available in capsule form for oral administration

400 mg of ( protease and Hellicase inhibitors ).
Mode of action
Modified Liva Reg 15 P is a component of a multidrug anti-HCV therapy
that would target various viral proteins .The HCV virus utilizes the NS3
protease and NS3 hellicase enzymes for posttranslational processing and
replication. The NS2 and NS3 enzymes cleave the nonstructural proteins of
the HCV polypeptide into functional proteins. Thus, inhibition of the NS2/3
would block efficient viral replication.

ML 301 that acts on and HCV RNA Hellicase enzyme activity specifically
