• Reassessment of Strategic Objectives
• Establishment of metrics for Strategic Objectives
• Reach consensus on environmental foundation of BMA
concept
– Web career development path (EAC and FAI and NCMA testimony)
– More diverse organizational groupings with the contracting function
within industry and Government
– Contracting professionals require access to broader array of
functional knowledge than in the past
– Other Associations exist and serve many of these other functions

terms of the alternatives to be evaluated
