that make you an individual

others are honest and trustworthy)

good decisions)


Situational self-esteem: refers to a
particular aspect of a person’s life

Don’t base your self esteem solely on
other people’s opinions of you. Focus on
your accomplishments, your talents, and
your contributions to your family and
community.
 Self esteem has to come from YOU!!

