It may cause brutal ear infections that may
lead to hearing loss, or it can also cause
breathing problems which may worsen
over time
Can You Be Tested for the Disorder? If so,
How and When?
A physical examination of the mouth,
nose, and palate confirms a cleft lip or
cleft palate. Medical tests may be done to
rule out other possible health conditions
