of homes, shanty towns, relied on local authority handouts,
1932 1/3 unemployed
How did this impact politics? German people trust politicians
less as they are not dealing with the situation well enough.
Extreme votes increase. KPD gradual increase. Minority
governmenst after 1930 – decision making is very difficult.
How did this impact the Nazi party? Increase in vote share 19301932 double. Nazis were well organised – present image of a
party fixing the problems. KPD seem very unstable – violent
revolution.
