• Our body can only consume up to so many calories per
day.
• We are too busy stuffing our body with food high in fat ,
that we don’t pay attention to the mount of calories we
consume . Therefor we don’t pay attention to the harm
were doing to our OWN body!
• For example: If you eat a bag of flaming Cheetos it will take
1 mile to burn 100 calories that the bag contains.
• The total amount of calories this meal (Chicken

This project has really made a big impact in our lives. During the process of this very important project,
we learned a numerous ways of how some of our unhealthy habits affect not only us, but the people
around us as well.
We honestly had no idea of the negative impacts this single mean contains. The worst thing is, that
many people are not aware of the impacts these meals have.
It is okay to eat this meal once in a while. But when we begin to eat it on a daily basis, that’s when
things start going wrong. Eating too much fat, sugar, and sodium can be very hurtful to our body. That
is the reason why we should be aware of what we eat.
This project has really changed our eating habits. We have learned to be more aware of the items we
consume, and that we put in our body. The main reason is because if we don’t make our own decision
to change and make our habits better, nobody will for us.
Not only will making healthy food choices have a good impact on our health, but it will also make us
feel better of ourselves.
This project has really made a positive impact to many of us.
