Epicor Services and Cost

Your “Upgrade” is free. All you have to do is
install it, or have someone install it.
Epicor offers a “flat fee” upgrade based on how
many “.MAIN” accounts you have. This “flat fee”
would not include custom code. - $8000 for 1st

Custom Code
–
–
–
–
–
A custom code audit can reveal how much custom code you
currently have. For an actual upgrade this is required.
Consider removing all custom code, and re-justifying the
need for it thru testing. Re-custom as justified.
Custom code can become the most expensive component
of your upgrade very easily.
Custom code is billed BY THE HOUR.
Epicor now offers support for custom code. Meaning you
get it as part of your upgrade. The cost for this is 20% of
the custom code cost.
