Transcript Heating

The nearly passive building
The building has not got the traditional
central heating.
The energy consumption is 20 % less than
in traditional house
The cost of building is not much higher than
the traditional one
The cost of energy is 5 times less
The comfort of life is higher than in
traditional house
The average annual energy consumption
in kWh/m2 of the surface in the buildings
Which were built in Poland in different periods
(acording to changing rules) and in the currently
built energy saving buildings.

The qualities of the energy saving
building
Location– insolation, shields, green area
The form of the building–
Walls, roof, floor–thermal layer of 20-30 cm,
elimination of thermal bridges
Windows and doors–hermetic,small wastes
Shutters or outer blinds
Ventilation:gravitational, mixed, mechanical
Warm water– solar collector
The test of tightness of the building+thermo
invading camera
Heating
Low temperature (e.g.on the floor)
The thermal pump
Heat ground exchanger
Recuperator
The fireplace
gas/oil/liquefied gas/electrical/local provider

Intake ventilator
Recuperator —it is the device used in the systems of ventilation, which enables to
recover the thermal energy from the air which is blown outside of the building
Recuperator is the thermal exchanger. Different types of recuperators are used to
recover the energy from the exhausted and intaken air.

Tightness of the building
The lack of additional air ventilators
Insulation of walls +accumulation of walls
Insulation of the ground floor
The natural blinds- ivy+ artificial ones
The electrical outer blinds
Elimination of the thermal bridges
The supportive heating (mats)
The electrical floor heating
Mixing buffor
Emergency aggregate
The work of recuperator winter/summer
The cventilation cables
Full automatization
The fireplace with the closed buffor for combustion
Solar collectors(cwu – warm water)
The cost of the building of the house(windows; 25 cm; recuperator;
automatization) is comparable with the cost of traditional house
The presentation has been made for the
FOCUS project
