Electronic Interface Access
• IMA provides CLEC access to Qwest OSS data and services in order to
submit Local Service Requests (LSRs)
• The IMA gateway uses industry standard LSOG guidelines for CLECfacing Interfaces according to prioritization

LSR Submittal, Request Editing & Flow-Through
• Products:
 40+ Products Supported
 Resale and UNE varieties of POTS, Centrex, Centrex 21, Shared Loop,
Unbundled Loop, Qwest DSL, FBDL, etc.
• Up-Front Edits to Ensure LSR Acceptance:
 Integrity Edits: LSOG form/worksheet edits, valid values, crossfield/form validation, completeness checks
 Request Acceptance Edits: Product/Activity-specific edits, Validations
against backend OSS (CSR, Address, Service Availability, etc.)
• Flow-through Edits to Determine LSR Auto Flow versus Manual:
 Flow-through Disposition Edits: Can accepted LSR flow-through
automatically?
 Set Indicators on LSR to assist in order construction or manual handling
• Automatic flow-through for service order construction (to FTS)
• Facilities-based directory listings (FBDL) flow-through (to DirB)
