Course Description:
The purpose of the course " Technology of orthodontic design " (
pentoxide ) is a manufacturer of classic , widely used in practice for the design
of orthodontic prevention and treatment of anomalies at different ages .
Dentist examining orthodontist practice section will supervise the work dental technician for the manufacture of orthodontic design ( OK ) will be
familiar with the equipment and dental laboratory equipment , dental
technician duties , rules of storage , use, materials, tools , equipment , good
knowledge and practice safety in making OK.
Removable and fixed are OK therapeutic devices for the treatment of dentofacial
anomalies . They must be recorded in the oral cavity is stable and should not
hurt the hard and soft tissue. Orthodontic devices must comply with all the
principles of biomechanical effects on teeth , dentition , temporomandibular
lower - jaw joints ( TMJ ) , a bite , tongue muscles . should be a very high
quality made and strengthened . Manufacturing techniques and processes
taught in pentoxide future doctor must know perfectly well . It is a pledge of his
professional work and earnings .
