We did not complete III part of the Project RIMSYS

What we did not achieve:
-new 3WL&10P modern stations;
-new measuring equipment;
-water forecast system;
Unhappiness:
-inability to employ
new hydrologists
and to modernize
measurement!

EXPECTATIONS
• At the national level:
– New employments for hydrologists;
– New equipments for hydrometry and monitoring.
• At international level:
– Establish on international legal frame
for hydrological monitoring and hydrometry
obligated for every state in the Europe and wider;
– Organizing regional training(workshops) for
hydrological staff;
– Support for modernization of equipments for
hydrometry and monitoring;
– Organizing GLOBAL HYDROLOGICAL NETWORK.

– FREE ACCES TO ONLINE MONITORING DATA
CONCLUSION AND RECOMENDATION
• Work on strengthening the capacities of the
National Hydrological Services;
• Improving and standardizing hydrometry and
monitoring;
• Improwing Hydrological Information
– GOOGLE Earth HYDRO-Net.
