Without REM sleep we will become paranoid, and disorientated
Insomnia means we cannot get to sleep, or stay asleep
Circadian rhythm disorders means we keep falling asleep
Nightmares and night terrors happen during REM sleep
Wetting the bed is a type of parasomnia!
REM sleep behaviour disorder means the pons is not activated during REM
sleep
Primary sleep disorders are the start of many other problems
Jet lag is a type of secondary sleep disorder
Prescription drugs can lead to insomnia

have decided to open up a sleep clinic.
You need to advertise your services:
You can create a poster, a leaflet or a radio ad.
You MUST include a description of the disorders you treat and
the methods by which you treat them.
You SHOULD include specific examples and a description of
what the treatment will be like from the patients perspective
You COULD include information about further research that
you do, and advice about the possible side effects of treatments.
