To establish and successfully manage a school theatre with a purpose
to gain practical knowledge and experience of business operations
and art production and provide ourselves and our schoolmates
opportunity to learn and extend a variety of skills in an engaging and
creative way by ‘learning through acting.”
Objectives:
– To practice and apply developed ideas, insights, values and learned skills;
– To gain appreciation and profit from a high-quality product;
– To have lasting positive impact on our consumers, shareholders and
community.

Product:
Direction, production and performance of theatrical activities
designed to motivate and engage students - both as actors and
auditors – to learn through artistic experience –and enjoy
‘learning in the spotlight.’
– 9 drama games and skits performed at English language
elementary school classes.
– Dramatization of Anton Chekov’s story «Kashtanka»
– Guided Excursion at Melikhovo estate (“Life and
Creations of Anton Chekhov”)

• Innovations: 82% of our schoolmates appreciated the novelty and
excitement of learning by acting either as actors or as spectators. 61 % of
parents and 89% of teachers approved and supported our idea.
• Cost and Benefit balance: favorable for customers and stimulating for
the Company members.
• Social Responsibility: use of recycled materials, pro bono services,
charity events, free training, in-kind and cash donations.
