Practise spelling these words using joined up
handwriting. Write each word 3 times in your
Literacy books with the title handwriting.
You will need your Literacy books
Write the title
Dictation
Your teacher will now read some sentences to you.
Please write the sentences in your book.
Try to spell every word correctly and remember to
use the correct punctuation.
Dictation
• Now underline the ‘dge’ words in blue.
• Now underline the ‘ge’ words in pink.
• Now underline the spelling words for this
week in red.
• On the next slide check if you have the correct
phoneme and correct spelling. Give each red,
pink and blue word a tick if you have it
correct. Change any you have that are
incorrect.
