hours with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 and a semester GPA of 3.5-3.99.
President’s Part-Time Honors: Students enrolled for six (6) to eleven (11)
semester credit hours with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 and a semester GPA of
4.0.

• No limit on the amount of attempts

Ferpa
FERPA, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974,
also known as the Buckley Amendment, is a federal law that
governs the release of and access to education records.
FERPA applies to all schools that receive funds under an
applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.

Drop Process/Deadlines
• Census date is Wednesday, September 9th
• Students who drop after Census will receive a W on their
transcript.
• The last day to drop for 16 weeks is Nov. 13th, so 2 weeks
after this date for 20 weeks course taught at the high
school. *Schedule not sent it out yet.
• Holidays – For online class in the spring, students must
attend, even if South San has a holiday. Ms. Martinez will
coordinate this, since the course is offered at the high
school campus.
