Parents will need to sign their names on the Four
Year Plan/ PGP
Parents need to sign AP Contract if you are taking
an AP or PAP class
Talk with your core / elective teachers about
courses to take.
Choose alternate courses in case scheduling
conflicts occur or the course does not make. Write
these in the spaces.
If you re going to participate in athletics, you will
have to have a physical.

/PGP sheet is due to your SCIENCE teacher on
Wednesday, February 8th !
