How do I choose the
appropriate level?
 Choose Honors/AP in courses where you enjoy the
material and independent learning
 Seek input from teachers, parents, counselors, etc.
 Choose a BALANCED schedule where you are
challenged in areas of interest or desired growth
 Beware of overscheduling; it becomes very difficult to
maintain health and wellness, which is key to academic
and personal success.

on Blackboard to get a clear picture of the unique
demands of an AP course.
