A Lead is a prospect that has expressed
an interest in DuPont Products
An Account is your Retailer or RetailerFabricator record that stores information
such as your address and phone number
A Contact is an individual associated
with your account
Gives access to national advertising,
customizable materials, advice from
DuPont experts, documents and
photography
Contains documents such as Retailer &
PR newsletters, surfaces comparison
table and the counter partners
redemption form
