Introduction
MyFamily Mobile (MyF-M) plans to create experience centers in-country in partnership with leading family centric brands.
The objective of the centers is to give subscribers and the market a place where they can have a feel of MyF-M products
and services. Each Experience Centre shall be complete with a shop front that will hold stock of MyF-M products including;
• Devices
• Accessories
• Marketing collateral
The shop front shall also act as an activation/set up centre for new subscribers, a procurement centre where they can pick
up accessories and devices and also a customer care centre. The shop front shall essentially be:
• A display point for MyF-M products and services
• A sales point for MyF-M products and services
• A customer care/management centre for MyF-M subscribers
The objective of the shop front is to create a single point for customer management. The anticipated foot fall is expected to
impact positively on the partner outlet sales by creating repeat calls and attracting new customers to the shop/outlet.

MyF-M Responsibilities
Shop
• Provide all display units to be used in shop front
• Agree with partner on any alternative display systems that may be required or suggested
• Equip shop front display units with products and services including:
• Devices
• Accessories
• Maintenance tools
• Supply all marketing collateral including:
• Flyers
• Posters
• Roll up banners
• Protectors of the Realm (PotR) comics
Sale and Support Resources
• Provide all resources including:
• Sale Staff
• Support Staff
• Support tools
• Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Signage
• Produce all outdoor signage and billboards required to the agreed specifications
• Produce all indoor signage and advertising materials to agreed specification
• Produce or comply with any joint marketing and signage materials with partner

• Approve all display units and systems to be installed in shop front

• Approve all signage ahead of production
• Specify allowed size of signage and billboards to be utilized
• Specify locations where outdoor signage and billboards will be placed
• Specify locations where indoor signage and billboards will be placed
