Victor was born on April 19th 1906.
He died on March 15th 1997.

Victor married his fellow student Claire Spinner.
They had two sons “Adre, and Jean Perre”
He worked for a ball bearing company in Budapest.
He got his Baccalaureate degree in 1925.
Having lived in mostly cheap hotels Victor finally
settled in 1942-1944 in saint-cere in the lot
department.

• Some historical styles Victor used
were: Graphics witch he used first.
Belle isle he used second. Denfert he
used this the third time. Cystal-Gords
he used a lot in his art work. Black
and white he used with his zebras.
Planitary Folklore he didn’t use that
much. Voral he used often.
Gestalt/Universal structures is
what he used most often.
Museums victor Opened
• In 1979 Victor opened a museum
named The Optical Art Of Vasarely in
Phenox art Museume. “VasarelyYouaul”.
• In 1992 he opened another museum
and Victor became a Graphics designer
and poster designer during the 1930’s.
• Actions with other artists were limited
during this time.
Discoveries
• In 1947 Vasarely discovered his
place in abstract art.
• He also began to work with oils
creating both abstract and fugatile
canvices.
• In 1951-1955 Kenetic images and
black and white Photographs where
what Victor was doing.

Distinguishing Characteristics:
Black and white reversals, Checkered Boards, Zebras, Harlequins and
other international studies were used by victor during this time.

• Victor influenced young artists with his museums and his art work
in them.
• He went from Graphic designs to Optical designs and paintings
witch he loved to do.
• He said “I Absolutely Fell In Love With Optical Art When I Started
To Use It”.
