Lesotho 5th to 7th March
Agenda – main structure
Key objective: discuss various aspects of the sector to order to obtain comments
and contributions to the national strategy that is being developed
Day 1 Sector coordination meeting
Day 2 – Urbanisation for water and sanitation
•Planning (Maseru city council, World Bank) + group work
•Sanitation (WASCO, TED) + group work
Day 3 – Water resources and climate change
•IWRM and Climate (Met. Services, DWA) + group work
•Land use (GIZ, LHDA) + group work
Day 4 – M&E and finance
•M&E (M&E unit, BOS) + group work
•Finance
Day 2 group work Urbanisation for water and sanitation

Task 1 – Challenges : that the strategy will need to address
Task 2 – Suggestions : Actions, opportunities and approaches that could be
