BACKGROUND




AASHTO is updating its Strategic Plan
SCOH wants to update its plan, align with AASHTO
Strategic Plan
Current SCOH Strategic Plan from 1998
SCOH wants to engage, coordinate more with
Subcommittees to support AASHTO goals

Board believes transportation must demonstrate
