Babble.ly lets you hide your phone number
behind a cryptic link. The link is what you share
online


If someone wants to call you, they click the link.
The service then connects them to you
anonymously. The caller never sees your phone
number.
You don't need to start an account to create a
link. But if you want to manage your links later,
it's recommended. This lets you disconnect links
when you're done with them. Creating an account
is free. www.babble.ly

The program is designed to look like a
bookshelf. You can see book covers and
information about the books. Books can be
sorted and filtered. You can also create a
downloadable PDF from a work.

It replaces paper sticky notes with digital ones. It
lets you type up quick notes which are stored
online for easy access via computer or smart
phone.
Notes can auto-fill information for you from the
Internet. They can be tagged and categorized for
easy searching.
Notes can be created about anything. You can
also organize them visually on a virtual board.
That's great for ideas and brainstorming.

Every Web site, video player and portable device has
different requirements.
There is no standard video file format. For the most
flexibility, you need the ability to convert between
them.
It can convert between many common file formats.
Handybrake presets make it easy. You don’t have to
worry about confusing codecs.
It can also be used to rip video from your personal
DVDs. No, it won’t break the encryption on
commercial DVDs but you can easily rip and encode
your home videos.

It lets you upload custom photos and create text.
Photos and text can be dragged anywhere on the
screen
Edit text for size and color, add fun text
animations. You get a permanent link to the
message that may be shared by e-mail or social
network. It has an email feature built right in.
However, I would just copy the message link and
e-mail it yourself. The default Message Hop email template could be mistaken as spam.
Free but use wisely.
