Outcome 1: Strengthen the DRM knowledge in support
of the formulation of policies, regulations and plans
Output 1.2: National guidelines for emergency response
Output 1.3: Links between poverty and vulnerability (2010)

Outcome 2: Strengthen institutional structures and
capacity for DRM
Output 2.1: DRM coordination and EWARs

Technical assistance to support GoV implementation of
National Strategy and DRR Action Plans (including the
integration of Climate Change Adaptation and SEDP
Support the GoV in DRM legislative reform activities
Review emergency response mechanisms (case studies)
and recovery framework (national policies)
Support to NDMP and other DM coordination institutions
DRM Institutional structure: resources capacities and
recommendations for setting up DRM centers/offices
Capacity building: needs assessment, capacity building for
training institutions (Universities), training modules
DANA 2: disaster information systems
