Evacuate to medical aid

Immobilise where lying
Steady limb until splinted
Support in most comfortable

Dress open fracture before
splinting
Transport slowly and deliberately
Don’t miss other less obvious
conditions
Treat for shock
Nil by mouth
Evacuate to medical facility
