Ultra Sound Machine
What is it?
• Ultra Sound is a medical
imaging technique that uses
high frequency sound waves
and their echoes to treat
injuries.
What’s it used for?
• Increase pain relief
• Reduce muscle spasms
• Increase blood flow
• Increase R.O.M. of contracting
joints using heat and stretch
techniques
What’s it used for?
• To treat chronic bursitus,
epicondylitis, and tenosynovitis
• Shoulder hand syndrome or sudeck’s
atrophy
• Chronic arthritis
• Back pains
• Post operative pain, phamtom pains,
and pains from intercoastal
neuralgia.
Contraindications
• Over pregnant fetus
• Patients with pacemakers
• On eyes
• Over heart
• On testes

• Post acute trauma
