• Swedish massage is a light pressure touch that promotes relaxation and a sense of
well being
• Therapeutic massage is a medium pressure touch that promotes stress relief and
encourages muscle tension release in troubled areas
• Deep tissue massage is a heavy pressure that is designed to focus on specific areas
of the anatomy that are causing pain or restriction
• Hot Stone therapy uses heated river rocks during any of the above massage
treatments. Hot stones encourage muscle release and provide a unique massage
experience
• Myofascial Release involves stretching of the connective tissue that wraps the
muscle helping to alleviate tight, sore muscles and encourage improved circulation
