pear, strawberries
• Vegetables – asparagus,
cucumber, peppers,
spinach, broccoli, celery
• Beans – black, pinto,
kidney, soy
• Dairy – low fat yogurt and
milk
• Whole grain cereals –
All Bran, Oatmeal,
Muesli, Special K
• Whole grains – barley,
bulgur, rye, whole wheat
• Whole grain breads –
pita, rye, sourdough,
pumpernickel
• Whole grain crackers
