7:21 人所說的一切話，你不要放在心上，恐怕聽
見你的僕人咒詛你。
Also, do not take seriously all words which are
spoken, so that you will not hear your servant
cursing you.
7:22 因為你心裡知道，自己也曾屢次咒詛別人。
For you also have realized that you likewise have
many times cursed others.

莫輕易被激怒 以致掉入陷阱

And he who rules his spirit, than he who captures

慎言
這樣，舌頭在百體裡也是最小的，卻能說大
話。看哪，最小的火能點著最大的樹林。
So also the tongue is a small part of the body,
and yet it boasts of great things.

節制舌頭
舌頭就是火，在我們百體中，舌頭是個罪惡
的世界，能污穢全身，也能把生命的輪子點
起來，並且是從地獄裡點著的。

You brood of vipers, how can you, being evil,
speak what is good? For the mouth speaks out of
that which fills the heart.

話語揭露人心
善人從他心裡所存的善就發出善來；惡人從

The good man out of the good treasure of his

靈修行道 祝福別人
主耶和華賜我受教者的舌頭，使我知道怎樣
用言語扶助疲乏的人。主每早晨提醒，提醒
我的耳朵，使我能聽，像受教者一樣。
The Lord GOD has given Me the tongue of
disciples, That I may know how to sustain the
weary one with a word.
He awakens Me morning by morning,
He awakens My ear to listen as a disciple.

神的話光照自己的盲點
神的道是活潑的，是有功效的，比一切兩刃的劍
更快，甚至魂與靈，骨節與骨髓，都能刺入、剖開，

 在適當的時候說話
 說話的方法要適當

 我們不應袖手旁觀，一句話也不說，讓他人
自毀一生、或者傷害旁人。
說話的方法要適當
 說話越溫和，收的效果越大。
面對真理才能成長
惟用愛心說誠實話(真理)，凡事長進，連
於元首基督。
but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up
in all aspects into Him who is the head, even
Christ,
以弗所書Ephesians 4:15
在愛的關係中說真理
在和睦或友愛的關係說誠實話才有效，換言
之，竭力在恩典裡，溫柔謙卑地說出真話。
以恩典說實話
和氣(恩典)、好像用鹽
調和、就可知道該怎樣回答各人。
Let your speech always be with grace, as though
seasoned with salt, so that you will know how
you should respond to each person.
歌羅西書Colossians 4:6
說造就人的話使聽者得恩典
污穢的言語一句不可出口，只要隨事說造就
人的好話，叫聽見的人得益處(恩典)。
Let no unwholesome word proceed from your
mouth, but only such a word as is good for
edification (oikodome) according to the need of
the moment, so that it will give grace (charis) to
those who hear.

說合宜的話
一句話說得合宜、就如金蘋果在銀網子裏。
Like apples of gold in settings of silver
Is a word spoken in right circumstances.
