The Heart
The term cardiac (as in cardiology) means "related to the heart"

• A muscular organ that provides continuous

• Average human heart beats 72 times
per minute and approximately 2.5 billion

1. Eat smaller portions - basic rule: your meat portion
should be no larger than a deck of cards
