For the ShoreTel trial we will be moving your
telephone number from the Nortel PBX over to the
ShoreTel PBX. This means the only way for
you to make and receive calls on your existing
telephone number will be thru the new ShoreTel
phones and that includes voice mail. The plan
is to install the ShoreTel Communicator software
on your desktop pc as well. Training on the
operation of the phones will take place as soon
after the install is complete, either late today or
tomorrow.
Please let me know if you have any questions
P.S. your existing Nortel voice mail box will remain
intact (including all old messages), but any new
messaging will be on the ShoreTel
