Help!
I’m in a bit of a conundrum. I gave my students the
assignment to write an expression for the number 752
using what they know about base ten and place value.
They understand that each place is ten times the next but

Winston Salem schools has been surveying elementary school
students and staff to see how they should spend the extra money
in their budget next year. At Easton, Mineral Springs and Forest
Park a total of 6,792 responses were in favor of better school
lunch. At Haw-Woodward, Cash and Brunson 6,972 said they
would like better playground equipment. If the school system
follows a majority rules scenario, how will the budget be spent?
