About this presentation template
• There are three sets of slide layouts available: white, blue or cream
background
– The cream background is recommended for accessibility
– The cream or white background is recommended when using charts
• Body text should be dark grey or white on blue background

• The font for PowerPoint presentations is Arial.
• Click the arrow next to New Slide to choose a new layout or click Layout to
change the layout of an existing slide.

bullet point
• Use Shift and Tab or the decrease indent

point or insert your own
After you insert a new chart
1. Select the entire chart
2. Click the Chart Tools | Design tab
3. Click the Change Colors button
4. From the Monochromatic group choose
Color 5
5. Click the Home tab
6. Click the arrow next to the Font Color button
7. Choose Gray 80%, Text 1
