OMR Card Instructions
SUMMARY
To ensure there are no problems with marking your OMR card answers,
you must:
• Use a pencil or black ink pen (2B pencil preferred);
• Write your name, student number and course code in the correct boxes;
• Colour the correct circles below the boxes and colour inside the lines;
• Mark your answers against the correct exam question;
• Colour the circles completely and colour within the lines;
• Erase mistakes fully; and
• Erase any other pencil marks on the sheet.
