Warranty & RMA Policy

Limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship
during normal usage free of charge by either repairing or
replacing.
Period:
12 months for the phone, 6 months for the battery and
accessories (i.e. chargers and cables).
RMA:
1. Return-to-base for repairing or replacing
2. Return authorization is required to obtain an RM A number
for further processing
