How to Print a Roster for a
WDCE Class Using Colleague
Updated 09-23-2009
1. Type SROS in the Quick Access text box and click go
access the SROS screen.
2. In the Print Special Needs text box type Y for Yes.
3. In the Print Dropped/Withdrawn box type N for No.
Do not enter Section Dates.

4. In the Separate Cross-List text box type Y for Yes.
5. In the Print Waitlisted text box type N for No.
6. In the Print Phone Types drop down box, select BUS
for Business Phone numbers, etc.
7. Click on the arrows to select additional numbers from the
drop down box i.e. HOME.
8. In the Terms text box, type the year and term i.e. 2009CSU, or
CSP,CF and then press enter.
9. In the Sections text box, type a course and section number i.e.
HES 350 10977 and then press enter.
10. Be sure to click save to save work and advance to the next
screen.
11. Use the Arrows Button to print more than one term or
section.
Don’t make any changes on this page.
1. Click save
to advance to the next screen.
1. In the Output Device textbox, Type H for Hold (to print a
roster) or E for Electronic Delivery (to send a roster as an
email).
2. Click save
to advance to the next screen.
How to Email a Roster
1. In the Email Subject Box, Enter an Email Subject i.e. Roster.
2. In the Email Recipients Box, Enter an email address i.e.
[email protected].
3. Click save to save and the SROS screen will display.
1.In the Execute in Background mode text box type N.
2. Be sure to click save
to save work and advance
to the next screen.
Click Finish to advance to the next screen.
Check the Close Automatically when complete to not see this
screen in the future.
Click print
to print a roster.
To save a roster as an attachment
1. Click on the file icon to save the text file as an attachment.
2. Select the location to save the text file.
The saved file will open in notepad.
